We hope you are looking forward to joining us this October 19th-23rd for the 2026 NASPVA conference in Newport, Oregon. Our theme is “Tides of Service: Evolving Volunteer Programs Together”. Join us as we explore ways to strengthen volunteer engagement through structure, culture & practice. We’ll share ideas for recruiting volunteers in urban & rural areas, creating greater access within volunteer roles by utilizing ADA accommodations, and volunteer recognition.

Registration for the 2026 NASPVA Conference in Newport, Oregon is a two-step process. Both steps must be completed for your registration to be considered final.
Call (855) 391-2484 to reserve your room at the Hallmark Resort Newport, our host hotel for the conference. Book your hotel room by September 15th to secure the group rate. All rooms in the NASPVA block will be at the GSA Government Rate (Sunday - Thursday).
Conference Meals:
All meals will be provided: Tuesday, October 20th - Thursday, October 22nd. Arrival and departure days (Monday, October 19th & Friday, October 23rd) will be on your own.
