This position is responsible for the management of Cathedral Gorge State Park, the Regional Visitor Center near Panaca, Nevada, and Beaver Dam State Park 36 miles from Caliente. The 1,784-acre Cathedral Gorge is world renowned for the dramatic clay spirals throughout the park, remnants of a Pliocene-era lakebed. The park also maintains a 24/7 RV campground, hiking/mt. bike trails and the Regional Visitor Center. All personnel in the Park Supervisor series are responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, developing, and presenting a variety of visitor programs, performing ground/facility maintenance and custodial duties.

Park residency, at this location, is not available. In order to receive consideration, applicants must indicate their ability to work in this geographical location.
