This position provides daily supervision to facility personnel in the operation and maintenance of 13 cabins and a 60 room lodge with convention facilities, restaurant, gift shop, and group sales department. Position is responsible for the inventory and purchasing for lodge facilities and resale, prepares budgets, plans and develops lodge facility activities, and ensures compliance with Health Department Standards. Other responsibilities include approving activities and projects for park revenue, coordinating special events, and presenting information to staff, visitors, and civic groups. May be required to work holidays, weekends, evenings and some nights.

This position offers a full benefit package including paid holidays, annual and sick leave, health insurance, and retirement pension. Housing is provided.

Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: The formal educational equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in business, park management, hospitality management or a related field; plus five years of experience in park management, including five years in a supervisory capacity. Resort management experience also fully considered.
